Wednesday night's $35 million Powerball Lottery drawing has gone off on schedule. According to lottery officials, no winner
was recorded. That means Saturday's jackpot will be worth an estimated $40 million to a single winner.
That translates to a cash out option of more than $23 million to the winner. Or, winners can take their winnings spread out
in 30 annuity payments.
The results are in and the winning numbers for Wednesday are; 6, 15, 24, 37, 41 and the Powerball number was 37. The multiplier
for this go around was 4.
Although there was no winner for Wednesday's drawing, 347,676 players across the nation won more than $4.5 Million in prizes
in America's Game. Powerball reminds players to check their tickets very carefully as thousands of prizes go unclaimed every
year.
The Powerball Lottery offers its player a Power Play option for every drawing. With the Power Play option, players multiply
their Powerball winnings from 2 to 5 times, except for the jackpot. At the beginning of each drawing a wheel is spun to select
that night's multiplier.
Powerball drawings are held on Wednesday and Saturday nights and go off at 11PM Eastern Time. Each drawing can be watched
live on the lottery's local broadcast partners.
