Winning $276 Million Powerball Ticket Sold In W.Va

Somewhere in West Virginia, a winning lottery ticket was sold for the massive Powerball jackpot.
The Powerball Web site says the $276.3 million jackpot winning ticket was sold in the Mountain State.
In December 2002, a West Virginia ticket holder won an even bigger pot. That's when Jack Whittaker won the $314.9 million
jackpot.
The site said nearly 2 million other players won prizes totaling more than $12 million.
The winning numbers were 6, 22, 42, 43 and 47. The Powerball was 16 and the Power Play was 2.
The estimated jackpot for Wednesday is $15 million.
