FORT DODGE, Iowa Tim and Kellie Guderian (guh-dare-ee-ann) have kept a low profile since they won 67-(m)- million-dollars
playing Powerball last fall.
The Fort Dodge couple stepped out of the shadows this week with a two-(M)-million-dollar donation to a local community group.
The Guderians announced yesterday that they are donating the money to The Community Foundation of Fort Dodge and North Central
Iowa.
Tim Guderian says they wanted to keep the money in the community.
The money will be placed into a donor advised fund.
That according to Laurie Hagey, the foundation's executive director
She says the donation is the largest single contribution the foundation has received since it began in 1995. Its mission
is to increase charitable giving, setting donors up with groups and organizations with financial need.
