Powerball Jackpot Climbs To $40 Million

Even though the grand prize was not hit Wednesday evening, Powerball paid off in big ways. Two lucky tickets in Oklahoma
(1), and Kentucky (1) won $800,000 each with the Power Play option! In addition, two other lucky tickets won $200,000 for
matching 5 white ball numbers in the states of Missouri (1), and Nebraska (1).
The jackpot for the Saturday, August 19th drawing will be $40 million with the cash option at $18.4 million.
The numbers drawn Wednesday evening were 2, 13, 22, 48, 50, and the Powerball was 2. The Power Play multiplier was 4.
