COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - Two South Carolina lottery ticket buyers won more than $600,000 each in Saturday night's Powerball
drawing. State lottery officials say those tickets were sold in Blacksburg and Easley.
Winning Numbers:
15 - 17 - 43 - 44 - 48
The Powerball is 29
The Multiplier is 4
While the $365 million top prize went to a Nebraska ticket buyer, second-place winners got to share in bonus money because
a record jackpot was won.
The two winning South Carolina ticket buyers did not use the PowerPlay option that would have multiplied their $200,000 prize
by four. But they did get the money from the bonus pool and won a total of more than $667,000 each, lottery officials say.
However, those lucky winners will have to wait one more day to claim their prize. State offices are closed Monday because
of the Presidents' Day holiday.
